These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BotMo.io website and services ("Service") operated by BotMo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

BotMo provides an AI-powered SEO audit and optimization service. Our Service includes:

Free AI Audit: An automated scan of 15 SEO ranking factors for any publicly accessible website URL you submit.
Fix Package (₱499 one-time): AI-assisted implementation of recommended SEO fixes identified in the audit.
Growth Package (₱4,999/month): Ongoing monthly AI audits, auto-fixes, content recommendations, Google Business Profile optimization, and monthly ranking reports.
Domination Package (₱24,999 one-time): Comprehensive SEO and AI search optimization including content production, directory listings, competitor monitoring, and GPT optimization.

BotMo uses artificial intelligence to analyze publicly accessible website data. The Service is provided as a tool to assist with SEO optimization and does not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service may require you to provide an email address or create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit.
Submit URLs in an automated, bulk, or abusive manner that could overload or disrupt the Service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid services are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the following:

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. USD equivalents are provided for reference and may vary based on exchange rates.
Payment is due at the time of purchase for one-time services.
Monthly subscriptions (Growth Package) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

Fix Package (₱499): We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the fixes applied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@botmo.io with your order details and the reason for your request.

Growth Package (₱4,999/month): You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Domination Package (₱24,999): Due to the scope of work involved, refund requests for the Domination Package are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@botmo.io within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

Free Audit: The free audit is provided at no cost and is non-refundable (because it is free).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code) are owned by BotMo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Audit reports generated for you are yours to keep and use. You may share your audit reports as you see fit. However, you may not represent BotMo's technology, branding, or methodology as your own.

8. No Guarantee of Rankings

BotMo provides AI-powered SEO analysis and optimization recommendations. We do not and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and are subject to change without notice.

Our "6-month ranking guarantee" included in the Domination Package means we will continue to optimize and adjust your SEO strategy for 6 months. It does not guarantee a specific ranking position. If you do not see measurable improvement after 6 months of active optimization, we will provide an additional 3 months of service at no extra cost.

9. AI-Powered Service Disclosure

BotMo uses artificial intelligence to perform website audits, generate recommendations, and in some cases implement fixes. AI-generated results may not always be perfect. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated changes before publishing them. BotMo is not responsible for unintended consequences of AI-generated modifications that you approve and implement.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services including but not limited to Google Search Console, WordPress, Stripe, and various website platforms. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

BotMo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BotMo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on audit results.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BotMo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party rights.
Any content or data you submit to the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may delete your account data after 30 days.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall survive.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BotMo regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
